Seiichi Fujita is a former Professor in Waseda Business School under the Graduate School of Commerce, Waseda University, Tokyo, Japan. His teaching and research focus is Profitability Analysis,and KAIZEN. During the fourteen years at Waseda University courses Fujita taught includes Cost Management, Production Management, Management Science, Management of Technology, and Innovation Management. During that time, he was teaching part of theses course at Nangyang Technological University, Singapore.

Before joining the faculty at Waseda University in 2001, Fujita was Professor at SanooCollege, Japan, from1989 until 2001. Prior to this he spent ten years, 1979 – 1989, at Tennessee Technological University, USA. His career in academia started back in 1973, when he served as Assistant Professor at Nagoya Institute of Technology.

Since 2001, Fujita has been receiving international invitationsto deliver and facilitate KAIZEN workshops, from different countries in the Middle East, America, Africa, Europe, and Asia. This enabled him to coach hundreds of KAIZEN and Innovation Management training programs in 37 countries.

FUJITA had been serving as a chief auditor of 5S competition in Sri Lanka. More than 100 local organizations have been applying to this competition each year. The winner of the competition had been publicized nation-wide with a great honor. In addition he has been serving as a director of Waseda Neo-Logistic Research Group during 2008-2013.

Samer Sami is a leader of consulting and training teams of Japan Competitive Innovation Consultancy (JCIC). Sami also worked for ALC Education Inc. Japan as a “Corporate Consultant” who was assigned to a huge M&A project within the semi-conductor industry starting from January 2014 till September 2015.

Previously, Samer had played different roles within the HR field. So he was the “HR Manager” for a corrugated carton manufacturer in 2011, the “Recruitment Manager” for a power and construction group of companies in 2009, the “Training Section Head” for an airline company in 2006, and “CRM Trainer” for an airline in 2002.

Since 2002, Sami has been facilitating training programs in Syria, Erbil, KSA, Japan, and Malaysia. The topics of those programs are “Human Resources Development”, “Strategic Human Resources Management”, “Active Corporate Communication”, “Leadership”, and “International Negotiation”. In addition to being a training facilitator, Sami has been a Visiting Lecturer at the Higher Institute of Business Administration, Syria, for more than four years starting from 2009, during which he taught the courses of “HR planning”, and “Administrative Communication”.
